You do not need any vaccinations unless you travel from an endemic yellow fever area (yellow fever belt of African and South America) in which case you will need a Yellow Fever vaccination.

Do I need a visa for my visit to South Africa, Swaziland and Mozambique?

To enter South Africa all international travellers need a passport that will still be valid for six months from the return date to their country. Most international travellers are exempt from needing a visa for South Africa or Swaziland to enter these countries on holiday. Most international travellers need a visa to enter Mozambique.
